What crosses from one world to another : the method
A binary man who came to understand in threes: after forty years of computing tools, Alexander is building local artificial intelligence architectures, and a way of working as a clan.
AI as a tool to keep in hand
Since December 2025, Alexander has been working seriously on artificial intelligence. To him it is an industrial tool: powerful, but to be mastered, framed and controlled. Without architecture, method and competent people, it is worth nothing.
He favours local AI, running on the user’s own machines, wherever confidentiality and data sovereignty matter. Data security is not negotiable. He rejects the average solution for everyone: he wants the best possible quality for a specific case, at the most honest price, and an end to the false “free” that turns the user into raw material.
Binary, then three
He describes himself as a binary man who came to understand in threes. Binary, because he has thought like the machines for forty years; three, because he finally named what he was already doing — stepping out of yes-or-no through a third position, a passage, a synthesis.
Clan, not plan
His role, he says, is to create, frame and set things in motion, then to let others carry them. He draws the architectures on paper; others validate, develop, sell or abandon them as reality decides. Every link in the chain must earn honestly. His formula: don’t believe in me, believe in us.
